Lightbender LLC keeps this site simple. This page explains what information may reach us when you get in touch, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
What we collect
When you contact Lightbender about a project, you may choose to provide your name, email address, project type, date, city or venue, and details about what you are imagining. Please do not send sensitive personal information through this site.
The site may also be served with basic technical request information by its hosting provider, such as an IP address, browser, device, and the page requested. Lightbender does not use that information to identify you or build a profile.
How the inquiry form works
The inquiry form opens your default email application with a draft message. The website does not submit the form to a Lightbender database or store the draft. Information is sent to Lightbender only if you choose to send that email, and your email provider will then handle the message.
We use messages to respond to inquiries, discuss and schedule projects, provide requested information, maintain business records, and meet legal obligations.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use this website and to improve its content and performance. Google Analytics may use cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as the pages you visit, how you interact with the site, the referring website, your browser and device, and your approximate location.

You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. You can also install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on in a supported browser to prevent Google Analytics from using your visit data.
Sharing and advertising
Lightbender does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Google processes website usage information through Google Analytics as described above. A hosting provider and an email provider may also process information as needed to deliver the site or the message.
Retention and security
We keep inquiry messages only as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a prospective or current project, resolve a dispute, or meet a legal requirement. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
California privacy choices
California law may give some residents additional rights depending on the business and the information involved, including the right to know or access information, request deletion or correction, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and receive equal service. Lightbender does not sell or share personal information for those advertising purposes.
To make a privacy request, email vincejefferds@gmail.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line. We may need to verify the request and will respond as required by applicable law.
Children and updates
This site is not directed to children under 13, and Lightbender does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. We may update this page when the site or our information practices change. The effective date above shows when this version took effect.
